噹噹~ 新菜上場!

在Zion買了兩把才一塊美金的菠菜, 超便宜!

昨天試了有一點失敗的菠菜烤蛋 [參考這個網址], 今天又想要試試新東西啦~ XD

材料:

熟芝麻

波菜一把

醬油

雞湯粉

做法很簡單

1. 先用滾水把菠菜燙熟, 撈起以後過冷水, 或是盛盤放置到涼也可以

2. 把菠菜一條一條排好, 切段, 每一段大約三四公分長

3. 撒上一點熟芝麻, 在淋上醬就可以啦!

4. 醬的部份, 我的做法是醬油加熱, 加一點雞湯粉, 攪拌均勻, 就完成了
